ADHD Post diagnosis support group

Once diagnosed, you will have lots of questions. We don't want to leave these unanswered and it is an important step to attend in understanding yourself better to attend out post-diagnosis support group.

Held on a weekday evening, there are rolling topics discussed over 5 sessions.

A coaching approach is taken in a group setting to discuss challenges, effective strategies and review our goals.

This is a calm, friendly and supportive environment for people who are recently diagnosed. It comes at no extra cost for patients diagnosed by Juno Clinic.
