We want to be upfront with you about the commitments and the costs of the service.
A booking fee is taken to secure an appointment. This fee will vary according to the service.
We understand that life events can occur and you might not be able to attend your appointment, please reschedule with us as soon as you know because there is high demand from other patients waiting for an assessment.
Appointments can be rearranged by calling 0161 518 0708.
We also want to help you remember and so have this system in place:
- We will text you 1 week before your appointment to remind you (in case it is no longer convenient).
- We will text you 48 hours before your appointment to advise you that this is your last opportunity to reschedule and failure to attend the appointment will result in you forfeiting the booking fee.
- We will text you on the day of the appointment, saying that we are looking forward to meeting you and remind you how to access the location of your appointment.
We are not responsible if these messages are not received and you are encouraged to update us with any change in contact details and access your emails where appointment information is also sent.
